Cell C confused?
I recently purchased a top up contract. According to information on the internet, when you are a prepaid or top up customer, you qualify for supacharge. However when I bought airtime I realised this was not so and Cell C customer service confirmed this. Why is there misleading information on Cell C website?

Ultrabonus is a prepaid plan,as per the website" all new customers activating a Cell C prepaid SIM will be activated on Ultrabonus by defaukt. Existing Cell C prepaid customers can dial *108# or *147# and migrate from their current plans to ultrabonus."
The "ultrabonus" tariff plan is not available to contract/postpaid and top up customers.
