Cell c confuse me

I have been getting calls and smss to make payment from collection companies 2 different collection companies for the past few months after I submitted a hello Peter comment already saying my account was wrongly handed over it was supposed to be under investigation for me over paying I asked for an amount to pay and received nothing but a reply on hello Peter apologies I don't know the people calling me regarding my cell c account I can't just make payment to anyone who doesn't even have my details or an amount for me to pay this has been going on since December I don't understand cell c to call me with amount to pay for cancelation I am not making payments to 2 different companies claiming they from cell c with 3 different account numbers and amounts read previous messages
