Cell C confirms I don't owe them, but they keep sending me emails that I owe them

After months and many complaints to cell C about an account that was paid up and cancelled literally years ago, and dispite many hellopeter complaints, as well as confirmation letter from cell c that I don't owe them anything, they continue to send me emails of arrears account three to four times a week.

After every complaint they apologize and promises that they will address this matter.

But their collections department just keeps in harassing me nearly daily with inappropriate emails. I also supposed my credit bureau records are being affected with this.

I need the contact details of the relevant ombudsman to take this complaint further as it is not possible for cell c to follow up for months and still not stopping the emails and affecting my credit score in the process.

Again I received this email from their collections department today:
