Cell C - completely useless service provider.

Cell C continue to do nothing to sort out the errors made in their systems. They say I am in arrears when I am not, they have all the POP. They continue to try use a debit order on a bank account that was closed YEARS ago when I was retrenched and continue to charge me for the unpaid stop order costs, which I have beed FORCED to pay as they discontinue my service and I continue to pay via EFT. When I updated my details with a new debit order in January, they took off an amount far exceeding my monthly contract amount and authorized debit amount. I have called them more times than I can count without any success. Completely useless service provider.
