Cell C complete incompetence
I have been trying for 2 months to sort out my Cell C account. I have never come across a company as *********** as Cell C. I log complaints on their website indicating I am unhappy with their service a consultant calls me and I just get passed from consultant to consultant with no solution. The problem is simple, my account has the incorrect ID number linked to the account. I would like to update the ID number in order to be able to get monthly statements. I have sent all the required proof to about 3 different consultants and still no resolution. All I would like is to receive my final updated statement in order to be able to cancel this service and never have to deal with Cell C ever again.

07 Nov 2018, 07:04It is now the 7th of November, I wrote this review on the 22nd of October and still no resolution. Stop saying someone will contact me and getting the person from the incorrect department to call and nothing happens. Have someone from the fibre department call me and resolve this issue today.
