Cell C Complaints - Very poor service or something very wrong!!!!!!!!

I purchased voice time from app on Wednesday evening. Transaction went through my bank but voice time was never loaded on to my number. Lodged a complaint with Cell C Wednesday night which was never registered according to my next complain which I lodged yesterday. This one was registered and I received a reference number. Now lodged a written complaint on the Cell C app but can get no trace of this. Also sms with confirmation code of complaint logged yesterday is missing in action. Now more than 24 hours after the last complaint and still no reaction from Cell C. What is going on????
