Cell C Complaint on contract Cancelation
I cancelled one of my contracts with cell C on the 2nd of January 2021 giving them 30 day notice up until 2nd of February 2021. My number went to a pre paid number on the 2nd of February 2021. But receiving my statement for February 2021, Cell C still charged me the full monthly subscription of R898. 23 witch is from the 1st of February 2021 until the 28th of February 2021. This is totally unacceptable as my contract was cancelled on the 2nd of February 2021. Cell C latest reference number for my complaint is: ***. Kind Regards Paul Swanepoel ***
