Cell c complaint

Hi , I recently went into store as it’s showing I have an active balance with CELL C on my ClearScore app.

Says account is active since 2017 but when I went into store they advised it has been closed in 2017 already with no outstanding, yet you guys are still adding a balance to my name on clear score of R881 and this is affecting my credit score!

Please assist with getting this removed or further legal actions will be taken.
