Cell C Complaint

I have got two contracts with Cell C (one is a router, the other is a phone). i am not happy with the service I got form Cell C . On the 19th of August 2022 , I received a call from a consultant by the name of Evans stating that I am due for an upgrade for my router , I then accepted. He called me again asking if am I happy with my router , I then stated that I have not received it. He then said I will receive it soon. I received multiple OTP numbers but no call. I then received a router in January 2023 for 50GB for day and night but did not receive any data though still continued to pay without receiving any data. I've been with them since 2004 I want to cancel my contract with them since it has expired but they are still telling me about monies that I owe of which I have no knowledge of. I have all the receipts , dates and references.
