Cell C Complaint

My recent reviews regarding Cell C, refers. I had feedback from Cell C's Social Media office that they have listened to all the telephone recordings regarding my case. They are at last convinced that Cell C in fact do owe me a refund. Their Accounts Dept was instructed to refund me asap. It was explain to me that the Accounts Dept will now conduct their own investigation before they will refund me...! This is absolutely ununderstandable and nonsense! The Accounts Dept do have my Police Affidavit as requested since August 2023! It was scanned to them at least 3 (three) times!!!! Why waist more time with another investigation??? That does not make sense at all?! Are they just playing and waisting more of my time to wait for my refund?... I was promised feedback weekly from now on to report on my case. I am really looking forward to this promise and will definitely share their promise, if keeping, here on Hello Peter! Also desperately waiting for my refund!!
