CELL C COMPLAINT

Cell C accounts department is in a mess and provide a poor service. I am a pensioner customer for many years and out of the blue they debit my account with as they call it - Content Services - which I have no knowledge of. According to their call center this was for gaming services I signed up for but have no knowledge of. Not very helpful/ friendly consultants that work with the public. Poor service to loyal clients.
