CELL C Complaint

After getting terrible service from CellC and their insurance company C Surance, I was stupid enough to take out another contract with them and their service just keeps getting even worse. It is appalling and I will be canceling both my contracts with them.

The previous problem I encountered with them, they promised that somebody will call me to assist me. Indeed, someone did call but they were unable to assist, and instead said they'd escalated the matter and someone higher up would call me, and no one did. The matter ended up being resolved but only because I kept calling and pestering.

I am experiencing yet another with CellC!

I recently took out a SmartData contract with them, with a Wi-Fi router and a couple of days later, I find out they put me on a different package, that I did not ask for - and one I'd be paying more for. I requested that I be moved to the correct package, the one I signed a contract for and it literally took them two weeks to get back to me. When someone eventually did contact me, they'd promised to rectify it. Today, they just disconnected my data and received an SMS telling me the contract has bee been canceled. When I called in to enquire about this, no one was able to assist me. Instead, I was being transferred from one department to another. No one is able to explain why the contract is canceled when I ask.

I want my line reactivated again, because I have paid but I am being given a run around and no one seems to know how to reactivate the contract.

I am very frustrated with CellC and wouldn't advise anyone to use them as a network provider
