Cell C Complaint

I have been on the phone for the better half of the morning with Cell C's Cancellations department and I cant seem to get anywhere. @ 143<br> <br> All I am asking for is to cancel the contract that I have with Cell C.<br> <br> I have spoken to a lady whom I failed to get her name and she disconnected my call. I called again and spoke to a lady by the name of Refiloe / Refilwe, she advised me that the is a pending order on my account and she wont be able to cancel my contract she will transfer me to a department where they will assist me so to remove the pending order. She also disconnected my call.<br> I called again and spoke to a gentleman who transferred me, but after holding for a very long time, the call went quite as if it was answered but with no response and my call was routed to the IVR to rate the service I received and go disconnected again.<br> <br> I have never experienced any issues with Cell C ever since I took my 1st contract, but after today I am convinced that i will never ever have a relationship with Cell C.<br>
