Cell C Complaint

I just recently took on a data contract with Cell C +-2 weeks ago.<br> Upon taking the contract the sales consultant said i shall be recieving 20gigs for R99.<br> All of a sudden when I get written confirmation of my contract, the deal says R199 for 20gigs.<br> I sent an email to Cell C enquiring about the matter and yet I still have not recieved a response from them and yet the first email I sent where I forgot to add my account number they were very quick to respond.<br> Regards<br> Bandiswa
