CELL C complain

The complain is about Cell C in Randfontien in Village Square. It's sad that it's not everyone that can't talk to clients but if you work for a company, you represent the company and therefore everyone needs to be blamed. I was there but the disrespect my mother experienced at the store was utter nonsense and I won't just leave it. I want to complain about 'Bakang' from Cell C in village Square Randfontien about people always complaining about her and nothing is being done about it. My mother went in to the store to enquire about a simple quiry she had and needed assistance but she walked out crying about the service she received, the consultant didn't give her a chance to explain and was rude towards her. It's irritating and annoying that you are kilos away from home and you get a call from a mother crying and not knowing what to do about one individual who decided to be rude about people that help pay her salary. I want this complain to be resolved, my mother and me to be called and consultant to be dealt with.
