CELL C COMPETITION NOT FAIR

I have been entering the CELL C REAL DEAL competition and had over 2194 entries. Then I didn't play for around two weeks due to lack of airtime and now when I enter I only have 20 entries. How is that fair. When you call the call centre nobody even knows about the competition so I put in a query about it last Thursday 15/10/2015 and nobody has come back to me. How can a person go from over 2000+ entries and then have to start again. My query reference number is ***. Also how can the people at CELL C now know about the promotion when you call? If you call VODACOM for VODACOM MILLIONAIRES they know about it.
