Yesterday I received a call for the sales department offering me an upgrade. I made it very clear that I do not want this upgrade yet a credit enquiry was still raised which affects my credit score which I am trying to make better and grow. How is it that when I say NO you don't care and still go ahead and log an enquiry. I expect this to be cleared immediately!
