Cell C committing ***** on my Account

I am really disappointed in Cell C.Before my contract could come to an end I went to few Cell C in pretoria and they didn't have Wi-fi routers instore, so I wrote a request on the Cell C twitter page about the deal I was looking for and a lady from their service center called me,She told me that the deal that I was looking for is no longer on offer and I asked if I can cancell my contract because I was looking for that deal specifically it was a 40 gig for R369 .This lady said how about putting you on Month to Month contract of 10gig for R199 I agreed and I was surprised when I checked the balance I have to pay Month end it was R400 and I queried it and it was fixed.Today on 08/06/2018 I went to do my upgrade in Woodlands Cell c store and the consultant told me that an upgrade was done on my contract on the 20th of April without my consent because the lady told me I was on Month to Month contract until I get an offer that will attract me.Now I saw a deal that I am interested in for R279 on 40gig but I couldn't get it because someone did ***** on my name.I lost interest in Cell C because in 1 month I complained twice about this company.I want this sorted out because I have a recording of my conversation with this lady who called me and I guess Cell C has a recording also. Due to the fact that this was done against my will I am going to open a police case against the consultant for ***** .I need answers because your people are getting incentives on opening contracts that they don't deserve to that is why they commit *****. Please advise on how are you going to resolve this ***** issue.
