Cell C Committing *****!

<p>So in the month of July i went to Cell C in Ballito to upgrade my contract. I asked the Specific salesman that the contract was not an open contract and once my limit is reached that it would go onto Pay As U Go as per my current contract. I also confirmed with him that i could get the Samsung S7 Edge on the said agreed contract to which he confirmed and agreed. At the end of July i get a bill for R4000 from Cell C??? they debit the money from my account to which i then called the customer care number and was informed that actually i was on a different package and on an open line. I immediately blocked my line as soon as i found out about the R4000 so that i could not use any data unless i was on WIFI. </p> <p> </p> <p>Obviously i debated this issue and said that i had signed for a certain contract as per the one i had and not an open line. I then asked the consultant to provide me with a copy of the signed contract to which she rep**** "Sir there isnt one on file" what?? so i am being debited for something i didnt agree to nor Sign? this is *******. you cannot sign for one thing and be debited on a totally different contract? I confirmed with the consultant if that is all the money outstanding to which she confirmed yes. This morning i get a debit order of R12 000!! to my account, still without a copy of a contract that i had signed for an open line and i bloced the line at the start of August to be told this morning that this was the bill for July and August.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to Ballito Cell C to get a copy of the signed contract only to be told the salesman Byron that i dealt with has been FIRED for *****? To top it off they also could not provide me with a copy of my contract to which i apparently "signed. </p> <p> </p> <p>So the salesman is fired for ***** as confirmed by the manager and yet i must still pay for something i didnt sign for and there is no legal contract.</p> <p>How can such a massive company LOSE a copy of a contract that i know i did not sign??!!! </p> <p>This is absolutely ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p>i am taking this issue legal, i will not be held liable for ******* activity on their part.</p> <p> </p> <p>#Cellcmustfall.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
