Cell C come to the party.

Just recently I published a complaint about the very poor customer service I received at the hands of Cell C. Just as I think it is important to make the public aware of poor service I also believe in acknowledging the correction of that bad service. Following my complaint I was contacted by Cell C and the matter was speedily rectified. It is just a pity that that level of service is not front line service, but thank you Cell C
