Cell C Collections
Cell C!!!! In the month of July, I was contacted by a collector to settle my account, I tried to contact the very same collector and they said that they gave you back my account. On top of that, I have tried multiple times to contact your customer care, with no success.. i have even sent multiple emails. With no response. And the account is negatively affecting my record…
Please communicate with me so that i can settle my account and have it removed from my record!

05 Sept 2023, 15:11Cell C is quite unreliable. To this day I have not received any communication regarding my account. Despite the fact that someone from Social Media Management has called me saying that they’ll follow up on my complaint. 🙄🙄🙄
