Cell C Clearwater Mall - The worst of the worst

<p>Cell C Clearwater Mall. Pathetic service. In fact it's worse than pathetic. It's taken 5 weeks to get my phone back after I was promised 2 weeks. No call to confirm anything. No follow up. I have had to call every single time. The quote itself took 4 weeks. When the quote eventually arrived I was told that if I made payment it would take 2 - 3 days and I would be able to collect my phone. A week later and once again I had to call to find out what the hell is going on. Clueless. It's the blind leading the blind. Cell C circus. I also asked for my account to be placed in my company name which they did and now it's back under my name. Does anyone actually know what's going on in your company? Clowns.</p>
