Cell C Clearwater Mall Poor Customer Service

<p>I have ordered the R99 p/month Wifi Router through Cell C and committed to it as I have put my name down with all contact details in mid April. The branch told me that they will contact me at the end of April as they are awiaitng stock. I phoned end of April to follow up on the stock and I was told the special has been discontinued. On Sa****ay, 7 May, the Cell C Clearwater branch phoned me to ask me whether I still want the router. I said yes, however I was out of town, attending a wedding. I asked them whether I could fetch in the Sunday. He said no the special will then be over and they can't give it to me. I left it. On Sunday, the same guy contacts me and said I can still have it, so I assume the customer that wanted it the Sa****ay, did not take it. I wasn't going to rush back on Sunday from Rustenburg to Johannesburg as I was spending the day with my mom. It was Mothersday indeed. So the branch manager told me I could not fetch it on Monday because the special was ending that Sunday. I suppose same as Sa****ay. Amazing customer service. Please remind me to never deal with them again.</p>
