Cell C Clearwater Mall
Worst experience ever. Trying to upgrade my contract at Clearwater Mall Cell C. Two weeks ago we explained to this gentleman what kind of upgrade we wanted. We were told that the tablet needed to be ordered. This gentlemen said that he will phone us the next day for update. After we phoned we were told that device was ordered. 2 weeks later we phoned again for update. We were told that we could come in for the upgrade. When we got to the store, after telling thus gentlemen that we were coming, we were told that he is only opening the safe within the next half hour, do some shopping he verbalized. After more than a hour and a half later this gentleman realized that we could not upgrade to the package we requested 2WEEKS before. Unprofessional, *********** gentleman. Doesn't even know what deals he can and cannot make!! Did not even want to give a star 😤😡ðŸ˜
