Cell C Clawback Surprise
We had fibre installed and installation was free. Month to month contract cancellation takes 30 days. Now we requested to cancel then we got an email stating there's a clawback fee of R3050.77 there's nothing about a clawback fee on the documents we got. We opted for this package because we didn't want to be binded by any contract that requires us to pay should we decide to cancel.
