Cell c claiming my account was not paid

Cell c kindly stop. Debiting my account I paid 23 march 2024.sent proof of payment Via email and called I was promised that the amount paid will be paired in to my account. I acknowledged my mistake by using the incorrect ref number which was 1 number. And u sent me my messages saying my lines will be suspended. Please please when u get the email. Don't ignore the contents of the email and it seems like somebody is not doing their job. Proof of payment was sent 02.04.2024.but everyday it's either u call. Or sms. Am getting tired of U guys and even this morning u went to my account attempt to debit soo how do u debit 3 times for the account that was paid on time and proof of payment sent to u.
