Cell c claim department

In my life I will never trust cell c... I had a contract with them the phone was on Insurance and I paid it up and upgraded. I lost my phone in Feb 2020 claim forms have been sent to claim department in Feb now they keep on giving me excuses luckily I still have everything with me.. They started lying that my upgraded phone wasnt insured, they asked for invoices, box picture, IMEI number they asking all nonsense to drag time while im paying R409. 00 every month for the phone and insurance I dont hve.. I will never again purchase any devices from cell c. My colleague had the same problem they are ************* when the claim department hve to replace lost device... I will never suggest to anyone else to buy from them.
