Cell c chowing my airtime

<p>I have called cell c to report the matter about my losing my airtime and was given reference no promised someone was gonna call me. Since beginning of June when I recharge my airtime just goes with me anyone using. All app switched off and data switched off. Am wondering if I should migrate my number to another service provide who will not rob me of my money. This is not the first time this is happening. Am real not happy with cell c now.</p>
