Cell C Charging for Wi-Fi calling a rip-off

Cell C has introduced a new way to charge you with Wi-Fi Minutes. I'm charged for call this month, but have not exceeded my call minutes. On query, I was told that I have used Wi-Fi minutes. I'm not billed for it. Nowhere am I able to see what my usage is. But I pay for Data and WhatsApp. But, they are willing to sell me Wi-Fi Minutes. How is this possible? This does not sound fair to me. I checked with MTN and Vodacom and neither are aware of any charges like that. Only Cell C.

No, you are not telling the truth! You are dishonest. As Cell C, you are *****ing my money. I have phoned a 011 number and you changed it to Wi-Fi calling and now charge me extra for it. I have normal minutes available. That is what I thought I was using. Nowhere did you warn me that I will be paying extra for Wi-Fi calling.
