Cell C - Charging for a contract already terminated.

My cell contract ended on 10 November 2020 but I was still charged for the full month of November which is BS. I cannot get through to the call centre and have sent an email but of course there has been no response.

I can probably write a book based on the absolutely poor service I received for both technical and service related issues during my contract period.

This company is an absolute waste of time. The level of service is a true indication of the financial and operational freefall they are in. Another sinking ship in my opinion. Lets hope I can get my money back before the doors close indefinitely.
