Cell C charges for services that you don't use.

I have had a contract with cell c for years. I went into a store 2 days ago only to discover that I'm being charged for content services that no one can explain exactly what it is. I keep getting different explanations as to what they think it is. I call the call centre from the store and they confirm that there are no subscription services activated on my number and they will block my number should any subscription services try to be activated. I go through my statements since 2018 and no content services are charged until September 2019 to February 2020. They insist that there are no active subscriptions on the account but they cannot reverse it either because they are services that were subscribed to bearing in mind nothing has changed since 2018. Im so sick of their lame excuses because they don't know what they are talking about. This contract WILL be cancelled end March 2020...
