Cell c charged me for cancellation fee for their Sales consultant mistake!

iv never been treated so unfairly by any nertwork but cell c ,cell c sent me a sim card with a number *** then when i asked they advised i must not worry i will be sent a phone that i app**** for the following day ,ohk they sent a phone with another sim *** and A13 ,then all of the sudden i was advised i have got 2 contracts then when i explained the lady said they will cancell this one ,to my suprised cell c debited my entire salary when i call they advised they will log a ticket and get back to me until i complain on fb ,FB was advised i was charged cancellation fee ,why shoul i pay for your mistake??i will take this further what my kids must eat? how can you charged me so much for a sim card that i never app**** for? please reverse my money urgentlt as i will take this to consumer ombusman
