Cell C Changed towers and didnt make customers aware and now there is no signal
I have a fixed 4G router contract with Cell C. Cell C changed their towers and now there is no longer 4G signal in my area. I have asked on numerous occasions for Cell C to cancel my contract. Cell C is not returning my calls or have in any way tried to fix my problem. I believe many other customers are sitting with the same problem. Cell Cs solution is for me to upgrade????? Why would I do that??? Disgusting service!!!
