Cell C - CHANGED OUT OF BUNDLE LIMIT WITHOUT CONSENT

My out of bundle limit was set to R60. But this month, I was sent an sms telling me that I sent R700 on Out of Bundle Fees.

This is against the law! According to the regulations the network providers signed: 1. I needed to be notified when I started getting charged at out of bundle rates, THIS WAS NOT DONE 2. My OBO limit was changed without my knowledge/consent. Yet Cell C spoke about this OBO limit as a way customers can manage their accounts.

My lawyer will be getting involved!
