Cell C changed my subscription amount without approval
Hi all i got a data contract from Cell C in 2018 Feb which included 40 Gig of data and a router , when i signed the contract it was R579 Pm x 24 months , June 2019 Cell C increased my monthly amount from R579 to R619 .
As i understand i signed to pay R579 for 24 months so how can they increase the amount with my approval

We have considered the economic pressures facing consumers and have kept the increases as low as is possible – while ensuring we can be sustainable & continue offering customers great service and products. However,cost pressure necessitates pricing adjustments.
