Cell C changed my data and increased my monthly charge without notifying me
Absolutely furios with Cell C, they reduced my account data and increased my monthy contract amount without informing or notifying me. Received NO notifications or contact from them whatsover! This is NOT OK and totally unacceptable.

04 Jun 2018, 10:24Good day, thank you, the matter was attended to and resolved, I was however advised that they would refund me the difference between the amount that was collected and previously paid, which is R126. Still haven't received the credit. Please finalise this matter.
