Cell c change of banking details not updated

I called cell c to change my banking details, they were not updated, and now they send my account to collections as if it's my fault, and I'm owing as if it's my fault, and they did deduct for the other account that I have with them, why they never deducted on the other one, can they invistigate and give me response
