Cell C Chancers

<p>During January 2017 we app**** for a Pinacle Contract with a R10 000 cashback offer from Cell C. The lady that handled the application at Cell C was very friendly, polite and professional. We finally received feedback that it was declined and I quote Cell C response "Client does not meet Cell C risk criteria). We are currently paying a higher monthly premium than the Cell C contract for cellular charges and have not missed any payments. We did not understand this. Today however it all became clear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C phoned us this afternoon and the guy on the phone said he can see our application was uncessful but he can gaurantee us now that we will get the contract he only needs 5 minutes of our time to finalise the application. NATURALLY WITHOUT THE R10 000 CASHBACK NOW. So now we are no longer this high risk and we will still get the same phone, contract type and pay the same monthly fee, just without the cashback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that all people in SA will see them for what they are (Chancers). We could have had a good business realtionship but they went and messed it up. Hear me clearly; the cash would have been nice but the contract would have worked very well for our small business. </p>
