Cell C

Very disappointing,

I called Cell C's call center in May this year to cancel my contract. Because it was a early cancellation with 3 months remaining on the contract, I was asked to pay the cancellation fee which I did immediately. I was told that the contract will be cancelled with immediate effect. Well Cell C, you have been debiting my account ever since! My contract is now on its expiry date and I have paid an unnecessary cancellation fee!
