CELL C CENTURION UPPER USELESS and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Cell C Centurion is the worst ever with the most *********** manager. My phone has been booked in months for repairs, eventually it returns to the store and the store calls two weeks after my phone had returned. I am sitting in hospital and ask my niece with all the documentation needed and they send her away. How do you send someone who has been given authority with an affidavit away. I am sitting without a phone, inconvenience by such stupidity. I want my phone, I can not fetch it my self. I even called them to let them know. This is not the first time this store has messed with my life. Sort it out.

Apologies for the unpleasant service experienced.
We have just checked with the store and unfortunately, their process does not allow for a third to collect a device on behalf of the customer. This is for security purposes and no documentation can be accepted.

I have a right to have a proxy, any process against that is infringing on my basic human rights stated by the Bill of rights. I hope you do know that that process is violating my fundamental rights granted by the constitution.
I shall take this further and further more give you lessons on fundamental rights
