Cell C Cellphone Upgrade Without My Consent
Earlier today I received a call from a Cell C Sandton City consultant, informing me I am due for an upgrade. I told him I am aware of it and will do it some time next week because there's a specific device I prefer. We agree, and leave it. He calls back and I ignore his call.
Next thing I know I receive an SMS informing me that my upgrade has been successfully processed!
This is ***** and I deserve answers from Cell C Sandton City!

I am sorry, but that response is not good enough for me! Tomorrow morning, I am going to report this matter at Cell C Head Office and will personally follow-up with Cell C Sandton City as to who the consultant is.
This is **********, as I specifically told the consultant I will personally do the upgrade via Head Office next week.
PS: 3 months ago to the day, I pre-ordered and upgraded my other contract with a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra... with a promise of a Galaxy Buds voucher. To this day, I never received anything!
