Cell C cellphone contracts
I had cell phones contracts with cell c , whereby the everythings were going smooth, accordingly. Problem started when the contracts expires and they deactivated my simcards but the didn't deactivated the monthly premiums.
On 2021 February I called them several times to enquire and they told me to pay cancellation fees which was R1500. I then made agreement with them to debit those cancellation fees but they failed to debit that due to their technical error.
I visited cell c branch at Hatfield to enquire also, they told me that there is nothing they can door , they still debiting my money and this is now affect my credit score because I revers my money always because they are unblock-able according to the Bank.

Since i reported the story about Cell C and i got call from someone by the name of Moses Mo***eng from cell C . He promised to assist me since march 2022. I tried to send him some emails and calls with no luck. So now this account blocks me and it affected my credit score seriously.
