Cell C cellphone contract cancel
Good day, I have a contract with cell c for 6 years now. I'm trying to cancel all my contracts with them. They are phoning me every month for every week, to say I have to upgrade it is time. When I ask I want to cancel all the contracts they say there are only one on my name? I know there is not just one. How do I cancel the contracts? According National Credit act as in section 14 and the National Consumer protection act. You are obliged to adhere to the act as my situation is according the act as such. I want to act thus to serve in good faith to resolve this issue now.

Are you going to answer my emails? If I pay my contract the outstanding amount when are you going to cancel my contracts? You are the worst cell phone company to get answers by cancelling contracts.

I paid my statement up to date? why are you trying to take money from my bank account??? the network on our phones are off. NO ONE can get a hold of us. Even you trying to phone us is not working you keep in asking on email for another phone number to phone me, where must I get another number?????? I only have ONE number and it is on cell c network so fix my network on my number and then you will be able to get hold of me. My contract MUST be CANCEL NOW I'm not paying another payment you are steeling my capital out off my bank account now !!! we are not getting any data, any sms bundle, any air time I ask for a long time now to cancel my contracts WHY are you deducting money from my account if I paid every sent on the statement??????????????

07 Oct 2022, 12:33As per my communication. My contracts expired in September, and should have been canceled in full. All amounts after the dates will be null and void as the numbers is not in use. Clear my account immediately. Legal action will be taken if you do not comply within 24 hours.
