Cell C cellphone contract

I have a cell phone contract with Cell C which will expire in June 2016. I thought i will not renew/upgrade my contract since my current phone is still on a good condition. I received a call phone someone from Cell C who told me about a deal i couldnt reget. I was supposed to get R100, 1 Gig data and unlimited internet when browsing but at the beginning of the month i only received R100 and 100MB and thats it. I called Cell C customer care line and explained my situation and they gave a Reference Number which is *** and said i will get a responce in 2 days time but even now there is no communication. I need help on this. I just wish i could get the benefits that conviced me to finally consider upgrading.
