Cell c cell insurance please give me my phone

Dear cell c please give me the phone that I'm paying for back,u guys r not providing me with ur services we agreed on,the one on the contract,I believe I have every right to terminate this contract.. My phone has been booked in since 18 December 2017 till now I don't have a phone,what do we seriously call this?do I continue paying for this? For what? Please stop it with ur nonsense n acting like u doing ur job n give me wat I'm paying for or again I'm saying cancel this contract.
