CELL C CELL C CELL C !!!!!!!!
I get a sms every month from cell c to state I need to make an EFT payment for my contract, for 2 months now they have been escalating to find out why my bank account is not being debited as that is what the arrangement was. For 2 months now I have been waiting for the reference number of my escalation which I get promised will be sent by sms immediately- well let's say that was again what I was told on Saturday and guess what I still do not have my reference number!!!!! I actually do not have the energy to carry on with this company.
