<p>My personal account was debited again for a cancelled contract. I was assured last month that my query has been revolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately for Cell C an unpaid fee was charged by the bank because there were insufficient funds. Cell C needs to refund the unpaid fee and fix my credit record with the bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cancel the stop order, this has been going on for too long.</p> <p> </p> <p>I urgently need feedback from Cell C</p>
