Cell C *****

At the beginning of November we went in to Cell C Sandton City to upgrade my wife's contact. At the end of November we received an account for 2 contracts. This is *****. I went in to the Sandton City branch and was treated with disrespect and contempt by all their staff, including the manager, Stanwyn. We have now received the account for December and we are still expected to pay for 2 contracts. If I stole something from a Cell C shop, I would be arrested.
