Cell c Cavendish poor customer service..

I had R551.01 deducted from my account twice..I made the cell c shop Cavendish aware of the extra deduction..Raeeza dealt with me..She said she would look into the matter..3 days past no contact..I seem to be the one to reach out as the cell c manager and Raeeza renders poor customer service..I was assured my next payment would not be deducted as I had overpaid..Feb 2nd my payment again was deducted..I find no contact being made by the store manager nor Raeeza and I do not recommend this cell c store as the service is extremely poor..I am yet to receive mh refund and nobody contacted me...very bad service experience..
