Cell C cavendish (Cape Town) and LG poor service
<p>I am have a contract with Cell C, and have an LG G4 phone, the phone just froze in September and it was booked in on the 29th of September, Everytime when I try to make a follow up, the response is always the same I must wait for an sms, and I asked to get a number for repairs and the answer is they dont have I will just be transferred and the phone is just cut, I have had that LG G4 has a problem with boot loop, and my question is if this phone cannot be fixed why waste my time and not give me a new phone, what am I suppose to use while I am paying cell c every month and consultants seem not to be bothered, I must just wait for an sms. I am so irritated with the service that I am getting from Cell C. Mind you I have two contracts with this service provider and I am being treated like this.</p>

I am still waiting for proper feedback, yes, the consultants have been in contact with nothing actually. I want to know when am I getting my phone back, is that so difficult to tell me????? After I waited for almost 2 months now, and I am paying for this phone. I am really getting annoyed now, and I was quiet all this time as I have gone to Cavendish and no one even bothered to checked and just and poor response I must wait for an sms. I clearly did not know that I will get the sms next year.
